LBW-Z1200 Infusion Pump

Product function:

Automatic infusion:

Set the infusion volume and speed.The peristaltic pump which is controlled by microcom-puter will automatic infusion according to the settinginfusion speed.

KVO status:

After finishing the total volume of infusion, the pumpwill switch to KVO status automatically.(keep vein openstatus)

Audible and visual alarm:

Occlusion alarm, Bubble alarm, Door Open alarm, Infu-sion Finished alarm and Under - voltage alarm.

Suitable liquid:

Colorless transparent liquid, notrecommend viscousliquid, such as plasma, nutrient solution,ect.

Suitable IV set:

Ordinary IV set: Normal PVC titration IV set or lucifugeIV set (pipe diameter is about 3.5mm);

Make sure the pipe wall of IV set must have elasticitycoefficient. before using the new brands IV set should be calibrated

Note: 

Other specifications of the IV set may not be ableto maintain accuracy (even if the precision was calibrated)

AC and DC power supply:

Built-in Li-ion rechargeable battery pack, when ACpower is off, system will switch to battery power supplyimmediately. when battery volume is insufficient thecharging will automatically start, when battery volumeis full the charging will automatically stop (it may take 7hours ).

Bolus mode:

Press the bolus key twice quickly and enter into bolusmode, when infusion pump is not infusion, the bolusliquid will not be counted into infused volume, when infu-sion pump is infusion, the bolus liquid will be countedinto infused volume. Until release the bolus key thebolus mode will stop.

Infusion rate: 

It has two infusion rate modes:drop/min and ml/h.

Note: 

drop/min and ml/h is conversed by 20 drops/ml,which is different from the actual IV set.

Ordinary IV set: + 10% (medium speed, 23°C,humidity:60%)

Total infusion volume preset: 0.1-9999ml.

Remarks: with 0.1-30ml (0.1ml/step);over 30ml (1ml/step).

Occlusion sensitivity: It has three adjustable levels ofocclusion pressure as high, medium and low.

Low speed (1ml/h): 250~500 seconds;

Medium speed (120ml/h):7-14 seconds;

High speed (600ml/h): 0.2~1 seconds.

Above data is measured at the status of 25°C ambient

temperature, ordinary pressure, use ordinary PVC(3)infusion apparatus and high sensitivity.
