Implementation Standard: American Heart Association (AHA) 2020 International Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) & Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC)
CPR Mannequin Functions:
▎Simulated Vital Signs:
1) Initially, the mannequin's pupils are dilated, and there is no carotid pulse.
2) During compressions, the mannequin's carotid artery passively pulsates at the same frequency as the compressions.
3) After successful resuscitation, the mannequin's pupils return to normal, and the carotid artery pulsates spontaneously.
▎Simulated airway opening display.
▎Can perform manual chest compressions and artificial respiration.
▎Three operating modes: CPR training, simulation assessment, and real-world assessment.
1) Mode 1: CPR training. Within a set time frame, compressions and breaths can be performed.
2) Method Two: Simulated Assessment. Within a set time frame, according to the 2020 International CPR Standards, perform 30 compressions and 2 correct breaths in a 30:2 ratio, completing 5 cycles.
3) Method Three: Real-world Assessment. Within a set time frame, according to the 2020 International CPR Standards, perform 30 compressions and 2 correct breaths in any (including correct and incorrect) manner, according to the 20:2 ratio, completing 5 cycles.
CPR Computer Display Functions:
★Operation Interface: Displays digital counters, compression location, operation time, operation progress bar, scoring results, simulated ECG, and simulated heartbeat;
★Settings Interface: Allows setting compression depth, ventilation volume, number of cycles, cycle ratio, operation frequency, interruption time, scoring criteria (accuracy rate), compression rebound, and vital signs (on/off);
▎Computer Monitoring: The computer monitors airway opening and compression site, displaying the correct and incorrect number of artificial respirations and chest compressions.
▎Voice Prompts: (Training Mode) Full-process Chinese voice prompts with adjustable volume.
▎Barcode Display of Ventilation Volume: The correct ventilation volume is 500/600ml-1000ml.
1) Insufficient ventilation volume: Barcode is yellow.
2) Appropriate ventilation volume: Barcode is green.
3) Excessive ventilation volume: Barcode is red.
▎Barcode displays compression depth; correct compression depth (5-6cm).
1) Insufficient compression depth: barcode is yellow.
2) Appropriate compression depth: barcode is green.
3) Excessive compression depth: barcode is red.
▎Any setting for operation time.
▎Any setting for operation cycles.
★Scoring System: Automatically scores trainees' performance.
★Operation Progress: Real-time display of CPR operation progress via a circular progress bar.
Operation Statistics and Printer Function:
▎Prints the operation process after completion.
The report card covers the following: operation method, assessment of consciousness, emergency breathing, pulse check, breathing check, foreign object removal, operation frequency, compression-to-ventilation ratio, number of cycles, number of compressions and ventilations per cycle, number of correct/incorrect compressions, reasons and number of incorrect compressions, reasons and number of correct/incorrect ventilations, reasons for incorrect ventilations, set time, operation time, and assessment.
Material characteristics: Facial skin, neck skin, chest skin, and hair are made of imported thermoplastic elastomer blend material, injection molded at high temperature using stainless steel molds. They feature accurate anatomical landmarks, realistic feel, uniform skin tone, lifelike shape, beautiful appearance, durability, resistance to deformation after disinfection and cleaning, and easy disassembly and replacement. The material meets international standards.
