Libra09UINJ-04 is a sealed microfocus X-ray source. It has 90kV maximum tube voltage and 5~10μm image resolution. It is mainly applicable to inspection of electronic & semiconductor industries such as QFP packaging inspection, digital battery inspection, BGA packaging inspection, LED and other electronic related inspection.
