Remove the thicker clothing from the arm, expose the upper arm or leave  only the thinner clothing. Place the cuff on the detected upper arm so that  the trachea is placed inside the arm and the cuff nozzle is pointed to the  lower arm. Make sure the lower edge of the cuff is 2~3 cm away from the  elbow joint.

Place your lower arms flat on the table, palms up, and keep body straight.  Note that the rubber airway on the cuff does not twist or break

1. Keep body straight, sit on the chair, the ideal height difference between  the table and the chair is 25~30 centimeters. 

2. Place the center of the cuff at the same height as the heart.
