LBW-Z1000 Infusion pump

Product function:

Automatic infusion: According to the doctor's advice,set the infusion volume and speed. The linear peristalticpump which is microcomputer controlled will manageinfusion pump to make automatic infusion according tothe setting infusion speed.

KVO status: After finishing the the total volume ofinfusion, the pump will switch to KVO status automatically. (keep vein open status)

Audible and visual alarm: 

Five kinds of alarms includingOcclusion alarm, Bubble alarm, Door Open alarm,Infusion Finished alarm and Under-voltage alarm.When infusion failed, audible and visual alarm will occurand remind the operators to dispose in time.

Apply to variety liquids: 

It can be used to infuse color-less transparent liquid and high nutrient solutions andcolor opaque liquid. Such as blood plasma etc, whichis not recommended for infusing.

Suitable IV set:

Ordinary IV set: Normal PVC titration IV set or lucifugeIV set (pipe diameter is about 3.5mm);

Make sure the pipe wall of IV set must have elasticitycoefficient. before using the new brands IV set shouldbe calibrated.

AC and DC power supply:

Built-in Li-ion rechargeable battery pack, when ACpower is off, system will switch to battery power supplyimmediately. when battery volume is insufficient thecharging will automatically start, when battery volumeis full the charging will automatically stop (it may take 7hours).

Bolus mode:

Press the bolus key twice quickly and enter into bolusmode, when infusion pump is not infusion, the bolusliquid will not be counted into infused volume, when infu-sion pump is infusion, the bolus liquid will be countedinto infused volume. Until release the bolus key thebolus mode willstop.

Infusion rate:

It has two infusion rate modes: drop/min and ml/hNote: drop/min and ml/h is conversed by 20 drops/ml,

which is different from the actual IV set.

Occlusion sensitivity: It has three adjustable levels ofocclusion pressure as high, medium and low.

Note: when the infusion pipeline is pressed, the machinewill not occur alarm immediately, but detect pipeline wallpressure, so time of alarm is related with the positionof oppressed pipeline. Below is medium sensitivity audible and visual alarm time (the smaller value is measured at outlet of pump with occlusion by purpose, the bigger value is measured about 1 meter from the pres-sure sensor with occlusion by purpose).

Low speed (1ml/h):250~500 seconds;

Medium speed (120ml/h):7~14 seconds;

High speed (600ml/h): 0.2~1 seconds.

Above data is measured at the status of 25°C ambienttemperature, ordinary pressure, use ordinary PVC( 3)infusion apparatus and high sensitivity.
