Libra11UIWE
Libra11UIWE is a sealed microfocus X-ray source. It has 110kV maximum tube voltage and 5~25μm image resolution. It is mainly applicable to inspection of electronic & semiconductor industries such as QFP packaging inspection, digital battery inspection, BGA packaging inspection, IGBT and other electronic related inspection. It is also used in EV battery inspection.
