Libra18UINE
Libra18UINE is a sealed microfocus X-ray source. It has 180kV maximum tube voltage and minimum 7μm image resolution. It is mainly applicable to inspection of thicker battery (including battery package) in EV industry and thicker objects in other related NDT usage. Especially in 3D system, it can cover most of the inspection of 160kV open type microfocus tube.
