Usage performance
The lifting bracket, calf pad, calf support and power-assist handle of the training chair can be adjusted arbitrarily within the specified range.
The swing angle of the calf bracket can be adjusted through the counterweight bracket, indexing plate and other devices. The angle of the adjacent holes on the indexing plate is 20 degrees.
Training method: Adjustable cushion to choose sitting or lying position.
How to use
The training chair can adjust the lifting bracket, calf pad, calf support and seat pad to the appropriate position according to the patient's body shape and training needs.
According to the patient's condition and training needs, sitting and lying exercises can be performed to adjust from the sitting position to the lying position: just loosen the bolts of the back cushion, move the back cushion backward and turn it horizontally, and insert it into the chair frame according to the original method. And tighten the bolts, and vice versa.
The calf pad adopts a pin structure. Pull out the pin and the calf pad can be rotated 90 degrees. The patient can sit on the cushion.
According to the patient’s body characteristics, appropriately adjust the height of the lifting bracket. The lifting bracket adopts a bolt locking structure. Loosen the bolts, move the lifting tube up and down and then fix it.
Adjust the height of the calf pad, the method is the same as 4.4
The patient sits on the seat cushion with his feet in the air, turns the calf cushion back to its original position, and fixes it with pins. Place the front or back of the calf close to the calf pad, tighten it moderately with a strap, adjust the angle of the weight bracket and the number of weights according to training needs, and you can start training.
Calf bracket swing angle adjustment: Pull out the spring pin to separate the pin from the index plate, rotate the counterweight bracket to the desired position, loosen the spring pin, and insert the pin completely into the index plate hole. Angle adjustment can be used for femoral muscle training and knee joint traction training respectively
To install and remove the counterweight, use your fingers to press both ends of the spring hoop to loosen it and slide it out from the hanging rod. After installing or removing the counterweight, use the same method to fix the spring hoop.
During training, if it is difficult to swing the presser foot bar due to quadriceps weakness, the rehabilitation therapist or attendant can apply appropriate force on the power-assist handle to help with training. The power-assist handle can be adjusted appropriately according to the needs of the rehabilitation therapist or caregiver.
Precautions
Before using the trainer, the rehabilitation practitioner should read the product manual in detail and be familiar with the product's performance, requirements and operating methods; and conduct an unloaded operation inspection on the product. The product can only be used after it is confirmed that it is in good condition.
Training should abide by the "step-by-step" principle and gradually increase the training time.
The adjustment of the counterweight bracket should be carried out when there is no counterweight block. The initial angle of the counterweight bracket is downward and vertical to the ground. The adjustment angle to both sides should not exceed 120 degrees.
Before training, each adjusting fastening bolt should be in a tightened state, the spring pin of the index plate should be fully inserted into the ground, and the spring hoop should be fixed tightly against the counterweight block.
It is prohibited to use counterweights as percussion tools.
